Leaving Sweden

In 18 days time, we are on the move south to Casablanca!

Both of us, we are now in Malmö busy preparing for our tour. Today we met with a lot of nice and interesting people at The Baltic Hall.

Nu startar vi vår blogg inför resan!

 

Resan börjar i Casablanca den 5 mars 2010. Mats skall cykla och Lasse köra rullstol 600 mil genom Marocko, Spanien och vidare genom Europa upp till Stockholm, det tar ca 5-6 månader.

 

Now we are online!

We are planning to travel about 6000 km from Casablanca in Morocco to Stockholm in Sweden, starting hopefully from Casablanca on the 5 of March this year 2010.

Our focus will be on good examples/practices from the cities/places we visit for others to learn from. However, we will most likely also have a “shame and blame” list including really bad examples of exclusion. All this will be documented and publicised in various ways. 

Lars will travel in a Pantera standard wheelchair (sponsored by Pantera) and Mats will ride a Skeppshult standard bicycle (sponsored by Malmö Municipality and Skeppshult). 

Our blog will be improved with the support of ID kommunikation.
